KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Deal with quotation, order booking, order tracking, etc;
处理报价单、订单及后续发货跟踪等事宜。
2. Answer commercial inquiries about price, stock and commercial policy;
解答客户关于价格、库存和商务政策的咨询。
3. Handle customer needs properly to improve customer satisfaction and avoid any complaint;
合理处理客户需求，提升客户满意度，避免客户投诉。
4. Handle other cases from manager or leaders.
处理经理布置的其它任务。
